Refund & Exchange Policy

  • On-Spot Inspection:Inspection must be done upon delivery while the courier is present.

  • Return & Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges are only allowed at the time of delivery. No returns or exchanges after the courier leaves.
  • Partial Orders: Orders may be partially accepted or rejected.
  • Responsibility After Acceptance: Items accepted without inspection are the customer’s full responsibility; no refunds or exchanges can be processed once the courier has departed.
  • Delivery Coordination: Please coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Cancellation Policy: Customers with two (2) previous canceled orders must pay fully in advance for the third order.
  • Deposit for Large Orders: Orders with four (4) or more items require a 25% deposit + full shipping fees within 24 hours, or the order will be canceled.


Product Defect Policy

  • Defect Responsibility Period: We are responsible for manufacturing defects for up to 14 days from the order date. Reports after this period cannot be accepted.
